Creamy Mashed Rutabaga (to replace your potatoes)

This recipe is an all time favorite amongst my family. Rutabaga will have you feeling full and satisfied!
Ingredients
1 Rutabaga
2 1/2 Tbsp.'s Butter/Ghee (we use dairy free butter)
1 1/2 Tsps. Sea Salt
1 1/2 Tsps. Pepper
Directions
Peel Rutabaga, cut into chunks (be very careful, it cuts hard) ***optional; peel and bake rutabaga in oven at 350 F for 10-15 minutes to soften before cutting (don't burn yourself if using this option)**
Boil rutabaga chunks in water until soft
Strain water
With emersion blender/ food processor blend rutabaga, butter, salt and pepper and serve!
